using the app
  • Install the app
    Provide your contact details, and we'll send you the download link. Await its upcoming release on Google Play — it's arriving shortly!
  • Get the sensor (optional)
    Leave your contact if you want to participate in the early testing of sensors. The supply is limited now, but you can measure efficiency, cadence, and common tracker metrics even without the sensors.
  • Attach the sensor to your running shoe
    with the provided straps. It activates automatically with motion.
    For shin or thigh metrics, place the sensor under compression wear and perform a quick calibration before you start.
  • Put the phone in a waist bag
    For optimal accuracy, carry your phone in a waist bag during your run.
  • Run
    Customize the audio coach to focus on your current metrics.
    Activate the metronome to maintain your desired cadence.
    You're all set to go for a run!
  • Review the results
    Compare your latest training session with your performance over the past week or month. Monitor your long-term progress. Discover your peak speed and ideal cadence at various heart rates.
    Collaborate with your coach to enhance your results.
  • After training
    Leave the sensor on your shoe. If you run without the phone, download your training data wireless or over USB-C. The sensor enters sleep mode after training.
    Charge it with USB-C when needed. With a fully charged battery the running time is 20 hours or over 6 months of sleeping.
